The BREAKERMATIC Home Appliances has been specifically designed to prevent damage to your microwave oven caused by a blackout or a temporary voltage variation, either too high or too low. It also prevents damage caused by transient voltage spikes. The BREAKERMATIC Home Appliances will disconnect the output in the event of a temporary voltage failure, a blackout, or a flicker, and will keep it disconnected for up to 5 seconds after the fault disappears. Additionally, the BREAKERMATIC Home Appliances absorbs transient spikes produced by the operation of nearby loads or by atmospheric activity, preventing them from reaching your equipment without having to unplug it.

It has a type B or NEMA 5-15R outlet, and a type B plug or prong (NEMA 5-15P) that allows it to be plugged directly into a wall outlet, without occupying both positions of a duplex outlet. It handles currents up to 15A and power up to 1875W.
